When you contact us for your home improvement project or repair, we will inititally ask for some basic information to provide you with a free estimate:
1. Name and Address
2. Email
3. Phone number
4. Photos of the area to be remodeled or repaired.
5. Your budget
6. Timeframe you are looking to have work done.
This information will help us to assess your needs and give you accurate and timely information for you to make a decision about whether or not you would like to move forward.
We do not give prices over the phone, being it is impossible to know the details of your project without seeing it first and assessing all that needs to be done. You may think something simple would be easy to quote but we serve almost all aspects of the home and each home has different needs, requirements, age and other miscelleanous factors that play a part in the overall cost. So, once we receive your request, with the information needed, we we will set up a time to come by and look over your project at your convenience.
Once we give you an estimate and you choose to move forward, we will have a contract for you to sign with a payment schedule. This typically consists of an initial deposit, followed by payments as major items are completed or if it is a smaller project or repair, a balance due upon completion.
